I'm sure you have all wondered what I am eating for breakfast every morning. What could possibly sustain my interest every day of the week?

It's:

- 1/4 c. oatmeal with salt

- Sliced dried apricots

- dried blueberries

- roasted pistachios, unsalted

- chopped walnuts

- unsweetened coconut flakes

- flax seeds

- cinnamon

- freshly grated nutmeg

- soy milk

It is the breakfast equivalent of kale salad.
